PROCESS:

1) Form couples. Use the links, read and talk about the typical food you were designated.

2) Research on the web, on cookbooks, and/or with your grandma about the tradition of the dish you were attributed. Then, use half a cardboard to make your creative collage.

3) Decide your roles: The chef and the expositor. Bring your collage, smalls portions of food for the tasting of each student in the classroom, and the enamelware you are going to use to perform your demonstration on cooking the meal. Then, the expositor will talk about the history of “your dish” using the collage.
