CONCLUSION:
You’ve learned more about the history behind some of the typical dishes in El Salvador, like are fiambre, pupusas and chilate. Now you are able to talk about them with any tourist or foreign person who is interested in getting to know our traditional food, as well as to provide the recipe and the cooking process of those dishes.
You worked in pairs, which is satisfactory, for you have learned to work cooperatively, and you were able to see the benefits when preparing and eating the delicious recipes you brought to class.
